What is the Mentorship Program?
Our Mentorship Program seeks to connect current members of the association with alumni and other professionals from several areas, through pro-bono training sessions, so that the first can benefit from the experience and knowledge of the latter.
The purpose of the Mentorship Program is to create a database of mentors that are willing to help the members of NSA in developing their power skills.
Members will have the opportunity to check the mentors available and choose one accordingly to their interests!
Benefits for mentors:
- Exposure to the emerging talent pool
- Gaining new perspectives
- The satisfaction of sharing their wisdom and experience without a huge time commitment
- Enhancement of their coaching and leadership skills
In addition, there are no geographical restrictions to the program. Mentors or members living outside of Portugal may participate by having the sessions online.
